Paying Transient Occupancy Taxes |
| Chapter 3.08 of the Del Norte County Code, entitled Transient Occupancy Tax, requires Transient Occupancy Tax (Motel Tax) to be collected for all motel units, vacation rental units, and rented RV units that are rented within the county (exclusive of the Crescent City city limits) and are rented for a period of less than 30 days to an individual tenant. |
