No public sewer, lateral sewer, building sewer or other sewerage facility shall be installed, altered or repaired within the district until a permit for the work has been obtained from the district and all fees paid in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 15.36. (Ord. 77‑42 § 212, 1977.)
