Guidelines and Procedures
Section: 19.04.070 Exempt project and activities.
Under the authority of CEQA
and the state guidelines, certain projects and activities are exempt from the
requirements for the preparation of negative declarations or EIRs. The
following list is in addition to the section identified in the state guidelines
and those specific identified sections are considered to be inclusive
additional items added by the county and found to be of a similar nature:
A. Emergency
Projects.
