Chapter: 19.04 Environmental Guidelines and Procedures
Section: 19.04.080 Fees.
A.
The county may charge and collect a reasonable fee from
project sponsors in order to recover the estimated costs incurred in processing
and/or preparing environmental documents. These fees shall be set by policy
action of the board of supervisors.
B.
The county may charge and collect a reasonable fee from
the public for a copy of an environmental document, not to exceed the total
cost of reproducing the copy.
C.
The county may charge and collect a reasonable fee from
the public or project sponsor on any appeal to the planning commission or board
of supervisors of a decision regarding an environmental document. (Ord. 79-16 § 17.08, 1979.)
