2.18.040 Representation
of the county in proceedings under the Lanterman‑Petris‑Short Act
The Del Norte County board of supervisors hereby designates the county counsel to represent the county of Del Norte in proceedings under Part 1 (commencing with section 5000) of Division 5 of the California Welfare and Institutions Code. (Ord. 2000‑008 § 36, 2000.)
