Section:    2.24.040    Unclaimed property‑Transfer to purchasing agent

 

After a period of six months, unclaimed property shall be transferred to the County Purchasing Agent for disposition pursuant to Section 2.33.035 of this code. (Ord. 2000‑008 § 40, 2000: Ord. 281 § 2, 1959.)
