Section: 2.28.010 Desire
to qualify for state aid
The governing body of the county declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Section 13522, Chapter I of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code. (Ord. 96‑16 § 2 (part), 1996.)
