Section: 2.32.072 Ex Officio Vehicle Abatement Officer
The Code Enforcement Officer shall also serve as a Vehicle Abatement Officer and in that capacity shall exercise all the duties and powers of a Vehicle Abatement Officer as described in Chapters 7.28 and 7.29 of this Code. (Ord. 2002-007 § 3, 2002.)
