Section: 2.32.074 Power to Issue Citations
The Code Enforcement Officer, when acting as such and when acting as a Vehicle Abatement Officer, shall have the power to issue citations to appear in court for infractions and misdemeanor violations of the Del Norte County Ordinance Code. The Code Enforcement Officer, when acting as such and when acting as Vehicle Abatement Officer shall not have the power of arrest. (Ord. 2002-007 § 4, 2002.)
