Section:    2.36.030    Consumer affairs division‑Defrayment of costs.

 

At least one‑half of the total amount of fines collected by the

county from violators of consumer fraud statutes shall be utilized to defray the cost of the consumer affairs division established in Section 2.36.010. (Ord. 72‑3 § 3, 1972.)
