Section: 2.42.050 Meetings
The commission shall
hold regular meetings at such time and place as shall be agreed upon by the
commission and such other special meetings as shall be required from time to
time. Special meetings may be called by the chair of the commission or, in
his/her absence, by the vice‑chair. All meetings of the commission shall
be conducted in an orderly and systematic manner to permit the input of
interested parties and the resolution of all matters coming before the
commission. The commission is subject to the open meeting requirements of the
Ralph M. Brown Act, commencing with Government Code Section 54950. (Ord. 96‑08 (part), 1996.)
