establishment—Initiation
Protective districts shall be established upon initiation
by the board of supervisors, the planning commission, or upon initiation by a
petition signed by one or more persons owning property in the area affected,
and shall be according to the
procedures provided in Chapter 20.52. (Ord. 67-10 § 1.0103, 1967.)
