All the unincorporated area of the county not classified under any specific zoning district is classified as District classification "U." These areas have not yet been studied sufficiently to justify precise zoning; therefore, precise zoning is deferred until such time as complete studies may be made. (Ord. 67-10 § 1.0104, 1967.)
