"Caretaker" means any person who is on the premises only in the absence of the property owner, and all other persons, from the property to be cared for. He must provide manual labor and maintenance services for the owner to substantial physical improvements (buildings, equipment, crops on five acres or more, etc.). (Ord. 67-10 § 2.0100(17), 1967.)
