"Public garage^" means any premises, except those herein defined as private or storage garage, used for the storage and/or care of self-propelled vehicles, or where any such vehicles are equipped for operation or repair, or kept for remuneration, hire or sale. (Ord. 67-10 § 2.0100(31), 1967.)
