^"One ownership^" means ownership of property, by a pen on or persons, firm, corporation or partnership, individually, jointly, in common or in any other manner whereby st.ch property is under single or unified control. "Owner" means the person, firm, corporation or partnership exercising "one ownership" as herein defined. (Ord. 67-10 § 2.0100(61), 1967.)
