Chapter: 21.04 Definitions
Section:
"Business or commerce" means the purchase, sale or other transaction involving the handling or disposition (other than is included in the term "industry" as defined in this chapter) of any article, substance or commodity for profit or livelihood, including, in addition, office buildings, offices, shops for the sale of personal services, garages, outdoor advertising structures, automobile camps, automobile courts, hotels and recreational or other enterprises conducted for profit.
