"Guest room" means a room which is intended, arranged or designed to be occupied or which is occupied by one or more guests, but in which no provision is made for cooking and not including dormitories for sleeping purposes. Residential noncommercial guest rooms shall be within or attached to the principal residence and shall be a part of the residential utility (sewer, electric, etc.) service lines. (Ord. 83-03(part))
