Chapter:    21.04       Definitions

Section:    21.04.420   Lot.      

     "Lot" means land occupied or unoccupied, which may be occupied by a building and its accessory buildings, or by a dwelling group and its accessory buildings, together with such open spaces as are required under the provisions of Chapters 21.02 through 21.60 having not less than the minimum area required by Chapters 21.02 through 21.60 for a building site in the district in which such lot is situated, and having access to a public road.
