Section:    21.04.636   Passive recreational use, coastal access.

     "Coastal access passive recreational use" means the public right to conduct activities normally associated with beach• use (e.g. walking, swimming, jogging, sunbathing, fishing, surfing) but not including organized sports, campfires, or vehicular access other than for emergency, maintenance, woodgathering or commercial fishing.
