This ordinance will be known as the "Del Norte County Public Library Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance." The transactions and use tax provisions of this ordinance will be applicable in the incorporated and unincorporated territory of Del Norte County ("District").  (Ord. 2004-05 § 2 (part), 2004; Ord. 98‑006 (part), 1998.)
