Library Transactions And Use Tax
Section: 3.05.050 Contract with state
Before April 1, 2005, Del Norte County will contract with the State Board of Equalization to perform all functions incident to the administration and operation of this transactions and use tax ordinance; provided, that if Del Norte County has not contracted with the State Board of Equalization before April 1, 2005, it will nevertheless reach an agreement, with the operative date the first day of the first calendar quarter following the execution of this contract.
