Section: 3.05.090 Adoption of provisions of state law
Except as otherwise provided in this ordinance
and to the extent that they are inconsistent with the provisions of Part 1.6 of
Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, all of the provisions of Part I
(commencing with Section 6001) of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code
