All amendments after the effective date of this ordinance to Part I of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code relating to sales and use taxes which are not inconsistent with Part 1.6 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, will automatically become a part of this ordinance; but, no such amendment will operate to affect the rate of tax imposed by this ordinance.
