Chapter:    3.05        Public Library Transactions And Use Tax

Section:    3.05.150    Use of the taxes.

 

Any and all transactions and use taxes shall be used exclusively for countywide library programs and operations. The total amount collected each fiscal year shall be allocated to the Del Norte County Library District. The Del Norte County Library District shall be responsible for all fees imposed to administer this tax. (Ord. 2004-05 § 2 (part), 2004; Ord. 98‑007, 1998: Ord. 98‑006, 1998.)
