Section:    3.06.050    Expiration of Tax in Four Years

 

The one-half of one percent tax imposed by Sections 3.060.070 and 3.060.090 of this ordinance shall continue in full effect through March 31, 2009, unless this transaction and use tax is extended by the voters at an election held subsequent to the November 2, 2004, election.
