Costs Recovery Program
Section: 3.28.020 Generally
The program administered by the sheriff shall
provide that the county may collect from a prisoner serving his sentence on weekends
or similar periods during the week actual costs of such confinement; provided,
that the prisoner shall have the ability to pay as determined by the
appropriate judge. (Ord. 81‑24 § 2, 1981.)
