The enforcement official shall serve a copy of the accounting, and a notice of the date and time that the board will meet to consider the accounting, which date shall be not less than fifteen calendar days after the date of serving the notice. The notice shall be served by first class mail to the registered owner and to the person in apparent legal possession of the recreational vehicle. (Ord. 97‑12 § 2 (part), 1997.)
