Section: 7.09.740 Modifications
The board shall make such modifications in the accounting as it deems necessary based on the evidence at the hearing, and thereafter shall confirm the accounting by resolution. The determination of the board as to all matters contained therein shall be final and conclusive. (Ord. 97‑12 § 2 (part), 1997.)
