Section: 7.12.010 Definitions
A. "Person"
as used herein includes a partnership, a corporation, as well as a natural
person.
B. "Engaging in the business of cleaning cesspools, septic tanks, privies and vaults and the removal of contents for cleaning thereof" as used herein, includes but is not limited to any person who goes about from place to place with apparatus or equipment designed for cleaning cesspools, septic tanks, privies and vaults, or who shall have an established place of business for this purpose and who shall make a charge for these services.
