Section: 7.12.020 Permit‑Required
No person shall engage in the business of cleaning cesspools, septic tanks, privies and vaults and the removal of the contents thereof within the county without first having obtained from the department of public health of the county a permit so to do as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 184 § 3, 1957.)
